Here is an announcement from the Election Committee: 

Dear Members of the Iranian Canadian Congress (ICC),

This is a final reminder to all members in Ontario regarding the 2018 ICC Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board Elections scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday April 29, 2018.

-       In-Person voting: from 10 am to 3 pm

Location: North York Civic Centre, Council Chambers, 5100 Yonge Street, North York

-       General Meeting starts at 1:00 pm

On Sunday, in order to cast your vote in person, you need to present us with your government issued Photo Identification (ID), otherwise we are unable to assist you.

If you are also intending to be a proxy for another member, please ensure that

• the individual is a current ICC member  

• the member completed and signed the Proxy Form available online: https://www.iccongress.ca/proxy2018

• The member provided you with a copy of his/her photo ID (digital copy or printed copy)

It is crucial to remember that only ICC members can act as proxies and vote on behalf of other ICC members. Furthermore, each ICC member can only act as a proxy of maximum three (3) other ICC members.

Please note that for any member who cannot participate earlier during the day we are providing Additional voting hours from 5-7pm at a close by venue (the Party Room at 7 Lorraine Drive, North York, major intersection: Yonge and Finch).
